Submissions:
The ALR is a forum for developments pertaining to administrative law, the Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice, and other information of interest and use to its members and other readers.

The Administrative Law Review welcomes the submission of original articles, book reviews, and case studies. Manuscripts should be double-spaced and in Times New Roman font. We require footnotes (rather than endnotes) and conformity to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th Edition).
Submit manuscripts to us electronically (preferred) or by mail.

Article Submissions Guidelines:
Please submit manuscripts to the Administrative Law Review electronically (preferred) or by regular mail. Manuscripts should be accompanied by a CV and a cover letter. The ALR uses electronic submission service, ExpressO, and also accepts direct submissions at alr.eic@wcl.american.edu.

Recent Developments:
The Administrative Law Review is accepting submissions to be considered for publication in the Recent Developments section. Papers should report new, exciting events in administrative law and regulatory practice. Topics may encompass recent events, decisions, or emerging trends which have the potential to change the face and practice of administrative law. The Recent Developments section is intended to update our readership on the latest developments of administrative law and spur discussion within the industry with concise, topical pieces.
